Cancellation Policy
Ellen Horwath Hair LLC follows a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. Appointments canceled within 48 hours of service start time will be charged a 50% cancellation fee determined by entirety of service canceled. Appointments not confirmed by guests within 24 hours of service start time are subject to cancellation by Ellen Horwath Hair LLC and may be charged 50% cancellation fee determined by entirety of service canceled. No Shows are considered any appointment confirmed or unconfirmed by a guest in which they have not arrived at the salon within 15 minutes of their allotted service start time. No Showed appointments will be charged 50% of the entirety of the missed service.
